3. Subscription and Billing

The service is billed on a subscription basis at the rate of $39 per month. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period following cancellation.

4. Content and Ownership

You retain all rights to your original sermon content. By using ChurchSummary, you grant us permission to process your publicly available videos to generate summaries and related materials. ChurchSummary does not claim ownership over your original content.

5. Directory Listings

We maintain a public directory of churches. If you wish to have your church removed from our directory, you may submit a request using the "Remove Listing" link in the footer. We will process removal requests promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChurchSummary, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website. ChurchSummary shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the service following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
